Morre transformed the existing CAT B office space for Artefact into a dynamic new environment that meets all the client's requirements. Through meticulous design and project management, we revised the existing build to optimise the layout and functionality. The project involved the redistribution of mechanical and low-level power systems, installation of high-quality partitions, enhanced lighting, and a state-of-the-art fire alarm. We also provided comprehensive redecorations, new flooring, and a renewed corporate identity. To ensure a smooth transition, we managed the move and supplied all new furniture.
